Case Study - Tapko

Challenge

Local businesses need online reviews to survive, but customers rarely leave them because searching for the business online takes too long.

Solution

I built NFC cards that customers tap with their phone to open the review page. I set up a redirect server (tapko.rs) for fast routing and added a basic dashboard to track how many taps the cards get.

Results

The cards are now active in several Belgrade businesses. I built the software, configured the servers, and launched the service on my own.
